About the Trainers
Shruti Mandal
Founder, Datatribe International Pvt. Ltd.
Shruti brings over 12 years of expertise in Business Intelligence, Data Governance, and Financial Services, with a rich career spanning India and Europe. She has led strategic analytics and regulatory data initiatives at institutions like BNP Paribas and Nationale Nederlanden Bank.
Before her international corporate journey, Shruti spent over five years in academia as a lecturer and course coordinator in Mumbai, where she taught Business Statistics, Quantitative Methods, and Logistics to undergraduate and postgraduate students. Her deep passion for education and research laid the foundation for her later work in advanced data solutions.
An alumna of Lancaster University, UK, with an M.Sc. in Quantitative Finance, she is a certified SAS Base Programmer, Data Curation Specialist, and Professional Scrum Master. As the founder of Datatribe International and the visionary behind SkillSphere, she plays a pivotal role in developing student-focused, industry-ready curricula across analytics, financial modeling, and BI tools.

Nitesh Mandal

Nitesh is a global logistics and supply chain strategist with close to two decades of experience in driving large-scale transformations, commercial growth, and digital innovation across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Currently serving as Regional Vice President for IMEA at Roambee, Nitesh is a passionate advocate for building the next generation of supply chain and analytics professionals in India.
As Consultant to SkillSphere, he brings his international experience and hands-on leadership from companies like Maersk, where he served as Global Head of Growth and Solution Design for Contract Logistics. His portfolio spans customer acquisition, M & A strategy, operational excellence, and predictive supply chain analytics.
Nitesh holds an M.Sc. in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Lancaster University, and prestigious certifications including CLTD and CSCP from APICS. Beyond his executive role, he is deeply committed to knowledge sharing and mentoring, and plays a key role in shaping SkillSphere’s curriculum in Operations & Supply Chain Analytics, Project Management, and Career Bootcamps.
